We don't like hidden fees and don't believe they should be on your HVAC repair bill. Too many people fall victim to repair scams that advertise low diagnostic prices on repairs. We do not participate in the bait and switch, meaning we do not inflate our repair price to credit the flat-rate diagnoses. Our flat-rate trip charge includes travel time, diagnostic, and some troubleshooting to determine the cause of the system failure. After our diagnostic is completed, we will let you know what problem we found and how much the repair will be before we begin the repair. There are no surprises with our repair bills.
