• The standard residential part's coverage from your manufacturer is five years on functional parts.
• If you register your system within 60 days of purchase, you will have an additional five years: for a total of ten years of functional parts coverage from the date your system was installed.
• This registration is for the original homeowner only and is not transferred if the home's ownership changes.
• The part's coverage will convert to the standard five-year parts coverage if ownership changes at any time during the ten-year period.

*Regular professional maintenance is required to keep your coverage valid. We offer a Club program to keep your new system professionally maintained. Drain Lines, Refrigerant Lines, Thermostats, Duct Work, Filters and Other Accessory Components are not covered under Manufacturer's Warranty.  David Moss Air Conditioning Inc can not override a Manufacture decision on a part warranty at any time.
